go into prostration while saying Takbeer, i.e. "Allahu Akbar"
Then,
first, bend the knees forward, with the chest facing the Qiblah. Let

place the palms on the floor followed by the nose and the forehead.
Keep the palms in line with the ears
with the fingers closed. Keep the elbows away form the ribs and the
thighs away from the stomach
with the toes bent inwards pointing towards Qiblah. The elbows should
not rest on the floor.
While in this position of Sajdah, read following Tasbeeh thrice:
Having
performed the first Sajdah, say Takbeer and sit upright on your knees.
Rest your body on the left foot
and place the right foot alongside with the toes pointing inwards towards
Qiblah.
The hands are placed on the thighs with the fingers held together facing
the Qiblah very close to the knees.
This position is called Jalsah. Rest for a moment, then while reciting
Takbeer go into the second Sajdah
and perform it exactly as the first Sajdah.
